Family/ Relationship Therapy Administrative Fee (Insurance Clients Only):
When using insurance benefits for Relationship or Family counseling sessions, a $50 administrative fee per session is applicable in addition to your copayment. This fee is not applicable for individual sessions or for private pay couple or family clients.

Out-of-Network Health Insurance
Many health insurance plans will reimbursement a percentage of the cost of services paid to out-of-network providers. We are happy to provide a detailed receipt (also known as a superbill) that you can use to submit to your insurance plan for whatever your policy may cover. Many of our clients choose to submit to insurance for out-of-network coverage, and what we most often see is 20-60% reimbursement. We encourage you to contact your health insurer to inquire about your out-of-network coverage, as each policy varies.
Health Savings Accounts & Flexible Spending Accounts
We are happy to run your sessions through your health savings account (HSA) or flexible spending account (FSA), which can be used to pay for medical expenses such as therapy (both individual and relationship/family/couple therapy).
